What is an autoimmune disease?
Simply put, autoimmune disease is when your body turns on itself by creating autoantibodies that attack your own cells. This means that your immune system is unable to distinguish between your body and foreign invaders, like viruses and bacteria. This usually doesn’t happen all at once, but develops gradually over time. (This is one of the reasons it can be very challenging to diagnose.)

What is the autoimmune protocol?
The autoimmune protocol is so much more than just a diet trend. Proper implementation of the autoimmune protocol requires a complete lifestyle overhaul. It considers the three components of autoimmune disease: genetics, environmental triggers, and finally, diet and daily habits.

The autoimmune protocol is a means for you to identify and address environmental and dietary triggers to help you heal. You may not have a say in your genetics, but you can control your environment to some extent, as well as your diet and exposure to toxins, especially personal care products and household toxins.

About Me

What you should you know about me:

I am a wife, mom, Doctor of Chiropractic, McGill Method Practitioner, and AIP certified Coach.  I believe in whole body health and am passionate about teaching you how to use food as medicine and how to work with your own body to treat illness.

How do I work with you during coaching?

Once you've registered for group coaching you will receive an email from me that will include a series of questionnaires that cover food, mood, symptoms, and lifestyle tracking. It is important that you complete these and submit them back to me at least one week prior to our group coaching start date.

Each week includes a gradual process of challenges to help to remove the bad and introduce the good. You'll be guided by trained, certified coach, Dr. Ammie Chapman, who has used AIP herself to heal and is the only AIP certified coach in the state of Montana. You will also be surrounded by an encouraging, small group of peers going through the same process with you.

It all happens at a manageable pace in a completely private and very supportive online group. If you have questions during this time, you can either check in with me via email, or utilize your online support group.

We know that so many are experiencing financial strain during these uncertain times. We also know that you may want the support and structure of a group health coaching program to strengthen the foundations of your health more than ever before. In response, we are offering this program at a discounted price of $250 to help make the program more accessible during this difficult time.
