Broccoli Salad (Paleo)

This post contain affiliate links to help you with tricky ingredients.

I love summer. I love backyard barbeques and pot lucks. I enjoy spending time with friends and family in beautiful weather. This is a great recipe to take to any backyard bbq.

4 Cups broccoli

1/2 C dried cranberries

1/2 C raisins

1 C Paleo granola

1 Pear

1/4 C Paleo mayo

2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar

1 TBSP Maple Sugar

1 1/2 C Coconut yogurt (Watch the sugar! Homemade is the way to go here, but I know sometimes life gets busy!)

Wash and destem your broccoli and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Wash and cut your pear into bite-sized pieces.

Add the washed broccoli to the cranberries, raisins, granola, and pear in a large bowl.

In a small separate bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar, mayo, maple sugar, and coconut yogurt. Mix well, then pour over your broccoli mixture and mix gently to coat.

ENJOY!
