Harvest Sugar Scrub

Fall is here and it has been absolutely beautiful.  This sugar scrub is the perfect combination of all things fall from sunflowers to spices.  One thing that I really overlooked when going through my healing journey was the importance of non-toxic and clean body products.  I really thought that what the store sold was safe.  I was absolutely wrong.  This scrub is clean and safe and smells absolutely amazing.  I did add spices in ground form becuase I love the look that adds to the scrub.

Harvest Sugar Scrub

2 1/2 C Sugar

1 C Sunflower Oil

1 tsp vit E oil

1/2 tsp cardomon

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp cloves

1/4 tsp ginger

20 drops organic vanilla essential oil (quality really matters here)

20 drops organic sweet orange essential oil

20 drops organic cinnamon essential oil

20 drops organic clove essential oil

20 drops organic ginger essential oil

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.  Then add the oils and combine.  If you feel the scrub is too harsh add more oil.  If you feel it is too runny then add more sugar.  ENJOY!!!
