6 apples sliced and cubed
1/4 C maple sugar
1 TBSP Cinnamon
1 TBSP Arrowroot Powder
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl then place in a 9x9 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40 min.
I chose to top mine with my delicous salted caramel date sauce.
